25 years’ experience incl. as a corporate restructuring specialist at KPMG/McGrathNicol, working on large engagements such as ABC Childcare, Cubbie Station, Hastie Group and ION Automotive, as well as managing large integration projects for clients like BHP.
At Allegro, Brad focuses on managing the transition of portfolio companies during the acquisition and early stage of ownership, including for example Best & Less, Pizza Hut, Everest, Carpet Court, Endeavour; he was also iCOO and Director of Team Global Express.
