One-third of our current investment team started their careers right here. Our internship program isn't about watching from the sidelines - it's about getting stuck in and making a real impact from day one. For over 16 years, we've provided university students with one to three years of intensive, hands-on experience as Research Analysts. You'll learn fast, work on complex challenges, and grow with purpose.
